William Mulrow Bridges Gap Between Public and Private Sector Finance

Citigroup Global Markets provides underwriting, structured sales and investment banking services to a wide range of government and private sector investors in the international marketplace. During his employment at Citigroup, William Mulrow served as a Director within the Municipal Securities Group. His duties included advising clients on tax-exempt financing and providing guidance on public and private partnerships.

William Mulrow has been involved in affordable housing and public finance in New York for much of his 30-year career. His stint at Citigroup allowed Mulrow to expand his toolset to incorporate global financing strategies and to develop his talents in the field of municipal bond sales and marketing. Municipal bonds are used by local governments to fund educational activities, finance public works projects and manage a wide range of community needs. By working to acquire and organize funding for a variety of public and private sector projects, Mulrow put his management and administrative skills to good use on behalf of New York residents.

Today, William Mulrow continues to excel both in the private sector and in the public sector. As a Senior Managing Director of the Blackstone Group, he works at the leading alternative investment firm in the world. Mulrow also currently serves as the Chairman for five state agencies in the finance and housing market sectors and continues to make his mark in both the public and private sectors.
